Happy day to all our fathers!!


Noa now gets taller between naps!! Also, she's starting to figure out how to use her hands. She treats her left like a popsicle, shoving it in her mouth with her right hand, as far as it will go. She loves to pull things, particularly chest hair, and she's become quite the little chatterbox. She smiles on a dime, even in her sleep, which is now up to 6 hours at a time (perhaps the most exciting news of all)!

Noa is in the 92 percentile for height and 55 percentile for weight. Dr. Schluter called her "tall and skinny." For those who don't know how the percentiles work, this means that 92% of the 2-month-olds in the United States are shorter and 8% are taller.* This has Steven and me stumped. Anyday now she'll be taller than us!

She received her first immunizations (3 of them!!) Needles to say, she was not exactly happy about them.


* However, this doesn't necessarily mean that Noa will continue to grow at this Amazonian rate!
